Hey people! So, one of the many questions I get asked about how to improve figure drawing is where to find a suitable model. In a perfect world, friends and family members would sit for us artists for hours on end, however that's highly unlikely especially if you're looking for an "actiony" pose! Also, those of you who are just beginning to draw the figure need to do so from a human model. Drawing from life is, once again, ideal, but stock photos are the next best thing. Plus I'm always harping about dA's great stock so this is the list of some of the absolute best figurative/pose based human stockers on dA:
